Yes! Coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world. Be aware of potential time differences - I am located in Central European Time =)
Most clients meet bi-weekly or once a month, depending on their goals and coaching plan. We’ll decide what cadence works best for you.
Online Sessions typically last 60 minutes, allowing time for deep conversation, reflection, and action planning.
Special Sessions with Hypnosis or other techniques may last longer - up to 90 minutes
Absolutely. Everything shared during coaching is kept private and confidential in a safe, judgment-free space.
Yes — we offer flexible payment options for coaching packages to make support accessible and stress-free.
For single sessions we do not offer payment plans.
We ask for 24-hour notice for any rescheduling. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged depending on your plan.
