“Every day, every one of us makes a difference - and we got to choose what kind of difference we are going to make.”
This means, that everything we do matters. Everything we think matters. We make a difference by just being here, we impact the world around us - so this is our chance to choose the kind of impact we want to have in our families, in our communities and workplaces.
This is why I am dedicated to supporting people in these (more than...) challenging times, helping them find a way out of the hamster wheel of overextending, overthinking and under-feeling.
I am all for simplicity - the world is complex enough and we do need to give our brains and bodies a break from too many information, too many distractions and too less human connection.
How do I do that?
By providing a safe space that is free of judgment, where you can arrive as you are - with all your doubts, flaws and learned solutions that (obviously) do not work any more.
By guiding you with meditations and exercises back to the core of your being - connecting body, mind and spirit in the process.
By provoking new ways of thinking and challenging the status quo - integrating all these little and not so little voices in your head
What I am not:
I am not a lifeboat to rescue you.
I am all about self-responsibility: my part is guiding, supporting, inspiring and helping you practice your new ways
Your part is doing the inner and outer work - not all at once, but steadily - step by step - and you will be amazed how fast you will see the changes you have been longing for!

If you're waiting for life to slow down before you create more space, you may be waiting a very long time.
There's always another project, another appointment, another email, another responsibility asking for your attention.
Life moves in seasons, but one busy season often flows seamlessly into the next. That's why so many people postpone taking care of themselves. "I'll slow down after..."
after the deadline.
after the holidays.
after the children are older.
after this stressful phase is over.
But what if creating space doesn't begin when life becomes quieter?
What if it begins in the middle of a full day?

Many of us believe we need a weekend away, a long vacation or an empty afternoon to truly recharge.
Don't get me wrong—those moments are valuable.
But they are also rare.
If your well-being depends entirely on escaping your everyday life, you're putting all your hope into moments that only happen occasionally.
Real change happens much closer to home.
It happens in the ordinary moments we usually rush through.
Think about your day. How often do you move directly from one thing to the next?
Meeting --> Email --> Phone call --> Errand -->Dinner --> Scrolling --> Sleep.
Without noticing, we've removed nearly every transition.
The result isn't just a busy schedule. It's a busy mind.
Creating space doesn't always require more time. Sometimes it simply requires a pause
One conscious breath before opening the next email.
Looking out of the window instead of reaching for your phone.
Walking to your next meeting without filling the silence with another podcast.
Finishing one task before immediately starting the next.
These moments may seem insignificant. They aren't.
They teach your nervous system that not every second has to be filled.

Creating space is less about changing your calendar and more about changing your attention. When your attention is constantly scattered, even a free afternoon can feel restless. When your attention becomes intentional, even a busy day can contain moments of calm.
That's why presence isn't something we accidentally stumble upon.
It's something we practice.
Not perfectly. Consistently. One moment at a time.
We often believe life is made up of milestones.
The promotion. The holiday. The celebration. The next big achievement.
But if you look closely,
life is mostly made up of ordinary Tuesdays.
Small conversations. Making coffee. Driving home. Waiting in line. Walking the dog.
These moments aren't interruptions to life.
They are life.
The more space you create within them, the less you'll feel the need to escape them.

This week, practice PAUSING.
Choose one everyday moment that usually happens on autopilot.
Making your morning coffee.
Waiting for your computer to start.
Standing at a red light.
Walking from one meeting to the next.
Instead of filling the moment, stay with it.
Take one conscious breath.
Notice your surroundings.
Allow yourself ten seconds of simply being where you are.
It won't change your schedule.
But it may begin to change your relationship with it.
Creating space isn't only something you feel.
Over time, it changes how you think, connect and move through the world.
In the next article, we'll explore what becomes possible when you stop filling every available space and begin making room for what truly matters.
