“Every day, every one of us makes a difference - and we got to choose what kind of difference we are going to make.”
This means, that everything we do matters. Everything we think matters. We make a difference by just being here, we impact the world around us - so this is our chance to choose the kind of impact we want to have in our families, in our communities and workplaces.
This is why I am dedicated to supporting people in these (more than...) challenging times, helping them find a way out of the hamster wheel of overextending, overthinking and under-feeling.
I am all for simplicity - the world is complex enough and we do need to give our brains and bodies a break from too many information, too many distractions and too less human connection.
How do I do that?
By providing a safe space that is free of judgment, where you can arrive as you are - with all your doubts, flaws and learned solutions that (obviously) do not work any more.
By guiding you with meditations and exercises back to the core of your being - connecting body, mind and spirit in the process.
By provoking new ways of thinking and challenging the status quo - integrating all these little and not so little voices in your head
What I am not:
I am not a lifeboat to rescue you.
I am all about self-responsibility: my part is guiding, supporting, inspiring and helping you practice your new ways
Your part is doing the inner and outer work - not all at once, but steadily - step by step - and you will be amazed how fast you will see the changes you have been longing for!

Have you ever tidied up a room and noticed that it suddenly felt... different? Not because you bought something new. Not because the room became bigger. The room hadn't changed. But your experience of it had.
Creating inner space works in much the same way.
Your life doesn't suddenly become easier.
Your responsibilities don't disappear.
Your inbox won't magically empty itself.
And yet something changes.
You begin to experience your life differently.
One of the biggest misunderstandings about creating space is the belief that it's... well... empty. We imagine space as something we create once everything else has been taken away. But that's not how it works.
Space isn't empty.
Space is where life happens.
Think about a meaningful conversation. The best conversations aren't the ones where everyone talks at the same time. They're the ones where there's room to listen. Room to think. Room to respond.
Relationships need space.
Creativity needs space.
Even joy needs space.
Without it, life becomes a series of automatic reactions.

When your mind isn't constantly occupied with the next thing, something interesting happens. You start noticing.
The smile of the person walking past you.
The first sip of your morning coffee.
The way the light falls through your window.
A good idea that arrives while you're simply taking a walk.
________ (fill in the blank)
None of these moments are extraordinary.
They've probably always been there.
Space simply allows you to experience them.

Think about the decisions you regret most. How many were made from a place of calm? Probably very few. Most reactive decisions happen when we're overwhelmed, distracted or under pressure.
We say yes because we don't stop long enough to consider whether we actually want to.
We speak before we've really listened.
We solve the urgent problem instead of the important one.
Space creates a small but powerful gap between stimulus and response. And inside that gap lives choice.
Many people think they need more motivation. More discipline. More willpower. Sometimes that's true. More often, they're simply exhausted.
There's a difference.
When your attention is scattered all day long, everything feels harder than it needs to. When you reduce friction, you don't magically gain more hours. You gain more energy for the hours you already have.
That's a very different kind of productivity. One that feels sustainable.

At the beginning of this series, we talked about how full life can feel. That hasn't changed. Life will continue to ask things of you. There will still be deadlines. Unexpected challenges. Busy seasons.
Creating space doesn't remove those realities.
It changes how you meet them.
Instead of reacting automatically, you begin responding intentionally.
Instead of feeling constantly pulled in every direction, you reconnect with what truly matters.
And slowly, almost without noticing, life begins to feel lighter. Not because you're carrying less.
Because you're carrying it differently.
This week, practice ALLOWING.
Choose one moment each day where you deliberately resist the urge to fill the space.
Don't reach for your phone while waiting.
Don't switch on a podcast the moment you get into the car.
Don't immediately solve the next problem after finishing the previous one.
Simply allow the moment to exist.
Notice what shows up when you stop filling every empty space. You may discover that space isn't something to fear.
It's where clarity has been waiting for you.
Creating space isn't something you do once.
It's something you return to, again and again.
In our final article, we'll explore how to protect that space—not by striving for the perfect balance, but by making intentional choices every single day.
